Not the best day yesterday. Feeling

and didn't get out of bed until 1:00! Had a nice talk with my sister and felt much better.
Saturday:
B - none
L - 2 eggs cooked in butter
D - BIG (9.6 oz) grilled steak basted w/butter & cajun seasonings, salad
100 oz water
Exercise - none
Sue - Good for you for getting back on track after the cookies. If anyone can do it, it's you!
Toni - Hope you feel better. At least your snacking was legal. Did you walk on your treadmill? I hadn't exercised in two days but got back to it this AM and it felt great!
