Goals - Like Pooky, not to let my stress give me an excuse to go off plan. I'm also trying very hard to forgive myself for all my binging and to accept that it happened and that I've gained weight. Not easy to do when less than 10 items of clothing in my closet fit me right now.

I'd like to move dinner up also Ruth, but with an hour (at least) commute, then exercise, we always end up eating at 8:00 or later.
