  • well thought that i would start and accountability thread a si am sitting here hungry and thinking tha tthose cookes sound awful good so here i go and hopefully this will help keep me on tract!!!

    water 1.5 l so far need much more but i feel it is working!!!

    exercise 600+ cals in the cardio pluss wo with OZZIE

    I am going to make fried chicken thighs for dinner so i hope that i do not over bread them although i have had vary little carbs it shoud be fine!!! and load up on the veges.

    Exercise was digging out my front flower bed--trust me, I raised a sweat!!!!
  • Going strong!

    Resisted birthday cake (chocolate cake with chocolate icing - my favorite!), have had 115 oz of water, and am psyched to exercise when I get home.
