Instructions for Hensa
This is the way I did it. Go to the top where it says "Forum links: profile, register, calendar, etc." Hit "profile" then when that pops up hit "edit options". When that pops up scroll down to "avatars" and when that pops up you can choose a picture or upload one of your own off your computer. When you are finished be sure to hit "submit" down at the very bottom of the screen!
