I'm still new with all this low carb stuff but I came across a very interesting article that you may be interested in too. It seems that some people are labeling low cal products one way and others - differently. Is everyone familiar with the fact that we can subtract the fiber grams from the total grams listed ? This is called Effective Carb Count (ECG). Okay - but did you know that you can also subtract the Sugar Alcohols, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate and the Glycerine grams ?
