  • I don't know about the rest of you but I need to do this to help me stay on track.

    L...Salad w tuna ( I have NOT been good at eating salad at lunch time!!!!
    D Steak and BROCCOLI (of course!!!!!)

    l ~ chicken ceasar salad
    sn ~ cheese
    d ~ pork and some type of veggie

    coffee w/ cream

    need to increase my water intake!

  • I need this too. However, I feel guilty mentioning carbs. Remember I am trying a low carb version of WW without counting points. I am limiting carbs to 100 g per day.

    B. My Egg McMuffin - whole wheat Englis muffin, poached egg,
    fake bacon bits, no-fat cheese slice.
    L. Cold Chicken Breast in lettuce and spinach salad
    diet yoghurt
    apple
    S. Sounds awful but I mix milk and gingerale (milk first). It tastes
    great and gets that 2nd milk into this old body.
    D. Cabbage lasagne - an old recipe from Atkins - will let you know
    how it turns out
    a small baked potato

    Cranberry Juice - and I will not count those carbs! Thanks for the reminder.
  • Finally had an OP day yesterday!

    Yesterday (Atkins Induction):

    B - 2 hard boiled eggs
    L - 3 oz lemon butter chicken breast
    D - 2 hamburgers (6.5 oz total), 2 tablespoons mustard, salad (3 cups lettuce, 2 tablespoons bacon bits, 1 hb egg, 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing)
    Water - 152 oz
