I need this too. However, I feel guilty mentioning carbs. Remember I am trying a low carb version of WW without counting points. I am limiting carbs to 100 g per day.
B. My Egg McMuffin - whole wheat Englis muffin, poached egg,
fake bacon bits, no-fat cheese slice.
L. Cold Chicken Breast in lettuce and spinach salad

S. Sounds awful but I mix milk and gingerale (milk first). It tastes
great and gets that 2nd milk into this old body.
D. Cabbage lasagne - an old recipe from Atkins - will let you know
how it turns out
a small baked potato

L - 3 oz lemon butter chicken breast
D - 2 hamburgers (6.5 oz total), 2 tablespoons mustard, salad (3 cups lettuce, 2 tablespoons bacon bits, 1 hb egg, 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing)
Water - 152 oz
