LB has a great low rise cut, I think they're called hipsters. I love them. The waistline on them is between my belly button at the hair line. They can be pricey, but you can usually get a good deal with the Buy 3 get 3 free deals.
When I was a size 22, the XL cotton high cut briefs fit me well. VS seems to have coupons for a free panty often, so you can always try it free with one of those.
