Since everyone's body composition and metabolism is different. However, there are some general principles that can guide you in terms of what to expect.
Generally speaking, the weight you lose first will be water weight and/or muscle mass. This is because when your body initiates weight loss mode. when you start dieting or exercising, it will trimmed down non essential tissues first in order to preserve energy levels. So don't be too alarmed if you see a drop on the scale initially this doesn't necessarily mean that you're losing fat. Also water weight loss tends to happen more quickly in the beginning than fat loss. |

Most people tend to lose weight in the same pattern, regardless of their starting weight. Typically, the first places you see results are your face, chest, and stomach. For me personally, I lose weight in my face and chest first, and then my stomach follows shortly thereafter.
