I'm either 5'7" or 5'6" and a half. It seems to change every time I get measured.

Current:

Weight - 149
Pant Size - 10, some 8's
Shirt Size - Small
Bra Size - 34A

Goal:

Weight - 130 (125?)
Pant Size - 6 maybe?
Shirt Size - Small/XS
Bra Size - 32A? I just hope my cup size doesn't get much smaller. Is there even anything after an A??

I was at Goal once before I did buy some size med shirts but because of my shoulders I could barely fit into them. I"m build like a linebacker with a lot of muscle. No one would ever discribe me as dainty or slender.

Default How do I measure up . . .

Hi,

I've just started my journey. I am quite the opposite to some of you - I'm very short-waisted so tend to get "thick in the middle".

Current Stats:
Weight = 204
Pants = 14 or 16
Shirt = XL
Bra = 40E - thanks genetics

Goal
Weight - 140-145
Pants - 6 - 8 - just a guess as I'm not sure what I would fit into
Shirt - Medium - my bust would prevent anything smaller
Bra = 36C - something to strive for anyway but would prefer smaller - I was once told I could never fall flat on my face!!!!!

All the best to each of you as you continue your journey to goal. Would love to continue "the talk". B

kateleestar, I have to laugh because my 5'2" DS13 has the same inseam I do - 30. Gee, I wonder if he's going to be tall? There are certainly some pitfalls and fashion "nevers", such as empire waists, any sort of bodysuit, any jacket made to hit at the hip, low-rise pants (I tried on a pair and literally fell over laughing in the dressing room - I looked like I was standing in a hole). Gotta laugh - it beats screaming!

I weighed in this week and I am fitting into my 6's comfortably every day this week.

I think that I have graduated from the Large to Medium tops to just Medium. I have been wearing Mediums all week. The minimizer bra also helps me to get into those Mediums. If I didn't have a good bra, I think I would still be wearing Large tops.

I plan on going to Dillard's to get fit for a new bra this weekend. I'm hoping the girls have gone down A LOT.

I'm exactly 5'6.5", but for BMI purposes I round up to 5'7" when I have to.

I have a large frame with big rib cage and big hips and I'm 42 years old, so somethings in the middle have widened out a bit with middle age.

Currently I'm 179
size 12 dress - could be a 10 if it fit my boobs
size 10/12 pants depending on the cut/designer
size Large in tops
size 34F/G or 36 DD/F bra (my rib cage is 34" round)

Goal weight is: 155-160
Goal dress is 10
Goal pant size is 8/10 (I had gotten down to 165 in the spring and I was 'close' to being able to wear 8s)
Goal top - mediums
Bra size probably won't change much as I have almost nothing extra up top left.

Lol... I wear low rise pants, but only because of my belly. And I love when tags are 'hits at hip' and I try it on and its like, a shrug. Its to my waist, lol.. Stupid designers. I like Old Navy though, for this reason, because I can shop in the 'tall' section. So my tanks/cami's are the right legnth no matter what.

Current Stats at 5'7"
Weight - 158.4 lbs
Pant Size -12's
Shirt Size - Large, can fit into Medium if it's stretchy
Bra Size - 36C

Goal stats are pretty much the same as above. My goal is 158 but I'm not ready for maintenance yet, so may end up a few pounds less. I don't have a lot of fat left but I've never been a small woman. Don't think I will be no matter what else I lose. Just have those child-bearing hips my mom used to talk about.

I'm working toward onederland then 160. My ultimate goal would be 128-132. I think that's realistic for me, most of the women in my family wear a 2 or 4 so I'm assuming I have that frame in there somewhere! As far as bra size goal, I'd like to be a full C.

Pants: 6/8
Shirts med/large
Bra 36B
