I tried a body scanner at the mall called Me-Ality. You stand in an enclosure and they scan you. Once you are done (~2 minutes sign up to completion) you receive a printout of the appropriate sizes for you in stores in the mall. My sizes ranged from a 10 at one store to 14 at another, which is not an uncommon experience. I'm just curious if anyone else has tried this thing.
I've never heard of that; I suppose we don't have one at my mall. That sounds neat though!
Never heard of it..sounds awesome!
I tried it because I don't enjoy shopping and I experienced frustration at entering and exiting the dressing rooms with different sizes. I want a pair of Levi's and I thought the process of buying a pair would be depressing since they use waist/leg length measurements. When I saw this scanner I decided to try it out.
There is a video on youtube for the service. I can't add links but the video is
Size matching service answers the frustrating question...What is my size?
I have seen it in Las Vegas and here in Maryland so I know there are many more around the country, even though one reporter in the video says only one at King of Prussia mall.
Wow that sounds amazing! I would love to do something like that. I've never seen it anywhere, yet.
