Default Sweat bumps...

I'm sure I'm not alone in this... do y'all get sweat bumps/heat rash? I get them on my inner thighs; it's like having ingrown hairs or razor burn and it sucks! What do y'all do to combat it?

Gold bond powder? Corn starch? Or some sort of thin spandex shorts under whatever you're wearing...

That sounds like chafe to me.

www.bodyglide.com is anti-chafe stick.

It comes like deoderant stick and I put it on chafe prone areas like inner thigh. Or heels in my socks and sneakers. No odor, color, does the job. If you cannot find it local www.drugstore.com usually has it.

I tend to get heat rashes on my inner calfs. So annoying! I just use some eucerin calming itch relief treatment lotion. It's made of cooling menthol and natural oatmeal. Works pretty well.

Whenever I workout, I have to wear biking shorts or something snug enough that my thighs won't touch skin to skin because I will get the heat rash too. It sucks.

Ugh, I get this. Wearing tights or spandex helps.

I have found witch hazel followed up with gold bond powder to give the most relief and by the next day, it was not even noticeable.

Aah, that happened to me at a volleyball camp last summer because my spandex weren't long enough to prevent it, and it would just kill me! I would definitely recommend the Gold Bond powder. The pain went away the next day and same with the bumps. Three long days of that, pfft!

Anyways, I only wear spandex under shorts if they don't go past my thigh a bit otherwise the chaffing begins. :P
