Talking feeling unusually peppy

i am generally a happy, peppy person, but since i have started eating healthier and exercising i feel like i am on crack! i have unlimited energy, since day one pretty much, and it gets worse... (better?) every day.

i literally feel like i am bouncing off the walls, and i am so talkative and twitchy that it borders on obnoxious.

even on my bad days, if i am bummed out, or ate a little too much, my energy levels are still through the roof.

did anyone else experience this? hey, im not complaining, it helps me, but does this go away?

i literally cannot be contained indoors, my poor hubby is being forced to go on adventures with me every day, and i cant even sit still long enough to watch a movie. im starting to feel bad for the poor guy

xD Welcome to me the past few years...A few months into losing weight I started getting all this energy, and it hasen't stopped. Even when I was getting 5 hours of sleep a night the past year. My friends call me the energizer bunny...and my mother calls me roadrunner..

Like you, I cannot sit still and I'm always dragging people on hiking adventures or just anything xD. When I start dating again, the guy better be able to keep up...haha enjoy your new found energy.

Well at least for today it might be all the soda you drank (from the other post). When you haven't had it in awhile, caffeine is a magical thing.

Yes, it happened to me and quite a few people report the same gain of energy once the weight is coming off.

Sounds great! Exercising does give you more energy, add that to a healthier diet and there you have it! Looking good and feeling good go hand in hand!

But that's good though, isn't it? WOuld you rather be sad ad lazy and slow or excited and energetic? I definitely would rather be energetic. More to do!

That's a good thing, right? I think you just haven't gotten used to it yet.
