I use to cause my skin was so bad. But since getting deeper into my workouts and increasing my water, my skin is so much better I don't have to! I'm feeling pretty without it now :) Now I just dab the coverup on my zit (if I have one) before I go haha

I don't wear make up when working out and if I'm wearing make up I wash my face before starting. The only reason for this is because whenever I work out with make up it ends up running down my face so I look like a clown and clogging my pores causing a terrible break out.

putting makeup on sorely to go to the gym doesn't make any sense to me. You're just going to sweat it off, and it'll just be uncomfortable! Even when I have makeup on from before, I always wash it off before I workout
Admittedly I don't put anything when going to the gym, no concealer, no mascara; maybe lip balm due to my lips drying while doing cardio (I guess that means I need more water intake!) I would sweat everything else off otherwise and I figure its not polite to leave make-up stains on their towels. :P Although to be fair my make up is a mess even in the best of conditions so my day to day use is limited to lipstick/tinted lip balm and concealer.

Going out without make-up feels like I'm headed out naked, so any time I leave the house I toss some on. Nothing extreme, just some cover up for my acne.
Nope--definitely not. I sweat too much to do that, and besides, I really don't care much how I look at the gym. I'll leave looking like crap anyway, so why should I gussy up if my make-up will sweat off within 30 minutes or so?
Same--sweat takes it off, makes me break out, etc. I've looked quite frightening at the gym actually!
I usually put make up every time I leave the house. I got used it. I put make up when I go to the store, to go to school, gym or work.
Nope! I don't wear make-up regularly. I'll put it on for special occasions, but I can easily go months, especially over the summer, without wearing it. Definitely NEVER before working out. I don't give a fly hoot what anyone at the gym thinks. Or in the supermarket. Or whatever. I don't like feeling a layer of stuff on my face all day, and feeling like I can't touch my face, because I might smear something. My husband has a holiday party for work next week, and I'll wear it then. Because I do care what his colleges think. But just like i wouldn't wear dress clothes to workout (or throughout the day), I wouldn't wear make-up.
Besides, my skin is super clear when I'm make-up free. A few too many applications in a week, and I break out. |
Holy cow with how much I sweat are you kidding me! I head to the gym after work and I actually take OFF my makeup when I get there! This is going to sound awful, but when I see women at the gym with makeup on I just don't feel like they are taking their work out seriously. I know that's not true, but I have some pretty bad adult acne breakouts sometimes and I still won't wear make up and I know I look scary! But I guess like I said it wouldn't matter because it would just sweat of and probably break me out more.

I usually don't bc i go in the morning.. but sometimes if i go when i know there will b alot of traffic.. i sometimes do.
I use only mascara and lip gloss, and a light dusting of loose powder, and I have to make sure to remove the mascara before working-out because if I sweat and it runs into my eyes, it burns. IT BURNS!!!!
I always wear mascara, it just makes me feel awake and alert! But nothing else, I would just feel silly :)
Nah. I don't really wear makeup anyways let alone when I go to they gym. Usually before I leave the house, i'll put on concealer and a little eyeliner. By the time I hit the gym, both are prob gone. I seriously dislike the feel of makeup on my skin, and wouldn't work out with it on, if I did wear it, because it seems like it causes breakouts...:P Not worth it to look pretty when your walking in. Besides....I sweat so much when I workout. Anything I put on would be off in 5 minuntes xD
