Default Oprah's favorite jeans? Miraclebody

Did any of you see Oprah's Favorite Things show part 2? She showed these new jeans that just came out by Miraclesuit called Miraclebody. Supposedly, they are very comfy and they make you look 10 lbs. thinner. They're pricey at about $110 and are available at stores like Nordstrom's and Bloomingdale's. Do any of you believe this? Have any of you had a chance to try them? It sounds very tempting, but a lot of what she says (as much as I love her) doesn't necessarily work for me.

I've tried Not Your Daughters Jeans which are pretty good and have the same concept. Only problem I had with those is they always seem so long. I did order some for my mom as a present and she loved them.

Oh and I see on their website they have skirts but they are denim? I haven't seen someone wear a denim skirt in 20+ years.

I've also tried the Not Your Daughter's Jeans and they really didn't look good on me at all. Could be because I'm pear shaped? I dunno but if this is similar then it won't be a good look for me. I will try them on as soon as I can get myself into one of those department stores but I just don't want to buy online only to have to go back and return.

Oh and I think they said that they suggest buying a size smaller than your true size.

With Nordstrom, you can return to the store so you could order and return. You won't find me anywhere near a mall or department store for at least 40 days

I'm also pear shaped but I do like NYDJs.

I don't think I would pay $110 for only a 10 pound loss!! Maybe at goal, but certainly not for something I wasn't planning on fitting me long.

Jeez I checked out the website and they only go up to size 16!!!
They don't think those of us over a 16 could really use some slimming jeans??
Probably more than the size 2 person - but they make them in a 2???????

I, fashion challenged as I was (and continue to be, but I'm better) owned and regularly wore a long, dowdy denim skirt when I was in my early 20s. Keep in mind that I'm short, with short legs, and the skirt went to my ankles.

What was I thinking?!?! I was definitely a prime candidate for "What Not to Wear"!
