Ped-egg and vasoline with socks is exactly what I do, too. Works fantastic.

I use Flexitol. It's AMAZING stuff. I don't get excited usually about body products, but this fixes up my groody winter feet in under a week. I wear it at night with socks. Worth the slightly more expensive price than others I've tried. I've found it in stores like Stop & Shop and CVS in Massachusetts.
