Anne, woohoo! I'm so happy for you. What a relief that must be for your DD to have such a good night.
Hey everybody. I think I'm finally getting a handle on my maintenance calories. I'd been having trouble slowing to a halt on my weight loss, but I've been at 137 for three weeks in a row now eating about 1800-1900 calories a day. I think that I was overestimating my calories last month out of fear of regaining.
I bought a dress yesterday to celebrate. Something really nice that I don't want to grow out of or get too small for.
