Hi everyone,
Not sue if anyone will know me from my previous post, but just thought I would update you guys on my progress as I havent written for ages
I'm now 10,3 (started off at 19 stone a year and half a go) and my target weight was 10,7 (i'm 5,8) so i'm really pleased to have stayed just below goal for about three months now - I am still increasing my calories slowly - by 100 a day each week, i'm on 1400 this week and it feels really good after only eating 1000 a day for a year and a half!!
I'm hoping to stay the same on this amount, so that I can go up again next week - i'm hoping to get to about 1600 and stay the same, thats the plan anyway

If I start to gain any back, i'll drop by the same amount. Found it very hard to start with, this maintaining lark, but it seems to be getting easier now.
I'm off out for dinner after work today and then off to a comedy club in town, so really looking forward to that! Saved a whole 1000 for tonight, as i've only had 400 this morning and for lunch - so cant wait to use the rest up.
Some other good developments in my life too - been offered a place at uni doing a Masters degree course part time in psychology and also been invited for a second interview for a cabin crew job - so now after being bored in work for so long, it seems I have too many options!!!

Which is just about the best problem to have, so i'm not moaning!! Any ideas which I should go for?? I have to pick between them, because the cabin crew job runs from March to October, and the course starts september... i've accepted the uni place and my current boss has been fantastic and said he would write to HR and try to get them to take me on part time and they might even be able to sponsor me for the cost (the masters has got nothing to do with my job, so he is just the best boss!!!!) but it doesnt have the "wow" factor that the cabin crew job seems to have...
I think a big reason for that is because I couldnt have done the job before, when I was 19 stone, and I have so much more confidence and i'm more active and want to be doing new things and seeing new people, and this job would give me that - whereas the uni thing is OK, but doesnt make my heart jump around with excitement, you know what I mean???

any advice from you guys would be great...
Sorry for not writting much guys and hope you are all well!!
Love Tasha XXX
