gee I wonder who they are

!) Yesterday, I did a 10 mile walk, it wasn't a race or anything, it was a memory walk. I felt so on top of the world. I jogged 2 miles this morning and rode my bicycle for a mile! I have also signed up for a walkathon to be held in May. I have switched my focus to exercise, increasing it and LOVING it!
Oh and by the way, not to mention the scale or anything

But I was down 2 lbs this week!! WOW!
