Good morning! I just got back from my hour jog and I started thinking about just how important my morning "ritual" is to me, especially since I am at my goal weight. Yesterday, I was under the weather, and did not get my jog in. And oh boy, I think I felt worse because I didn't exercise than if I had gone feeling bad. Now we have NOT ONE but TWO big storms coming our way in North Florida, so I am concerned for more reasons than one. My only form of exercise that I rely on heavily to maintain my weight loss is my hour long jog/power walk. If we lose power, I won't even be able to vaccuum!!!
Can you help me figure out what I can do to since I won't be exercising when these storms hit us? It is indeed depressing not knowing how long we may be cooped up in the house waiting out Bonnie and Charley!
