Hey folks, happy new year! I'm slinking back with my tail between my legs, having gained 8 lbs in Nov/Dec.
But! It's a new year, and I think this year will finally be the year I finish losing my baby weight. Calorie tracker is in use, I bought some new music for workouts, I have two books to read while on the treadmill, so it's game on. 20-25lbs to lose.
Who's with me? Anyone else making new year's resolutions? I haven't been around here in a while so apologies if I missed those threads.
