    15 minute Stairmaster warmup
    60 minute shoulder, tricep & bicep routine
    45 minute spin class

    Gym at its emptiest with the holiday weekend coming to a close. The heat & humidity was starting to be oppressive even at 7 AM when I walked out to it.

    3 hours 40 minutes painting garage and house trim

  • Monday, July 8th:

    4.27 mile run, thankful for the lower humidity, and meeting a veritable crowd of people out walking, many in pairs, on my way back.

    Heavy weight workout -
    Squat 3x5x105
    Bench 3x5x55
    Assisted pullup - 3x5
    20 mins stationary bike, 5.2 miles

    7/4:
    35 minutes standing poses and hip opener yoga

    7/5:
    Medium weight workout -
    Squats - 3x8x95
    Seated row -3x8x65
    Incline Bench press - 3x8x60
    Back extension on ball - 2x10
    Leg extension - 1x8x25, 1x8x35, 1x10x45
    Stationary bike - 20 mins, 4.9 miles

    7/6:
    4 miles of walking around downtown
    20 minutes of yoga

    7/7:
    5.25 mile run at the park in humidity that was so thick it felt like a washcloth on my face
  • July 8: 45 minutes core and ab work
    4 hours 10 minutes weeding flower beds and mulching - I am EXHAUSTED

    I *almost* had a second workout today--
    I went to the gym for a body pump class but as soon as I got there I got a text from my dd. She is at work but has a migraine and is vomiting. Yuck! So, I went and took care of the doggie she is pet sitting for and came home. Waiting on her to come home now so I can do mommy duty--

  • I've had a lazy week but I'm back!

    July 8 AM: bench press, shoulder press, lat pulldown, DB flies, triceps pulldown, Roman chair leg raises
