    I couldn't go to my usual 4:30 class due to scheduling issues so I was proud that I dragged myself to the 6:30 pm class. It didn't end until after 8 pm, so by the time I showered and sat down to dinner it was 9 pm. Very late for me but I was starving.

    40 minutes elliptical, resistance at nine, random intervals


    A long, long workout on my day off.
