Lori, there is nothing "normal" about you! You are a SUPERSTAR! You've achieved what many have not. You have been and continue to be an inspiration to all of us. :high:

Congrats on being normal another year! It's definitely worth the hard work!

Thank you for sharing your story. It let me know that I wasn't the only one. We share so much in common already and I hope to share your goal success in the future. You have been for me, what RockinRobin has been for you!

wow! Congrats to you too! That is awesome!:carrot:

That's awesome. Keep it up (down). It's all about sticking to it AND keeping it off.

My hero! I never made it all the way to normal as far as charts go, but seeing you keep it off has helped me not to regain these last 2 years.

saef 07-07-2012 07:33 AM

Lori, please accept my belated congratulations. (I was off the grid when you first posted this, so I'm reading it a bit late.) You know how much I admire you & the way you keep doing it, day after day, stringing those good days together, one by one, like an add-a-pearl necklace. That's what maintenance means. More good days than bad. Three YEARS of them. And any mean little voice that said, "Wonder when she'll gain it back" has to SUCK IT.

You go, girl. You keep going, girl.

Congratulations Lori! You are doing what we all aspire to, keeping it off for good! You are awesome!

milmin2043 07-10-2012 12:33 AM

Lori Bell-I too will have to offer my belated congratulations.

When I first joined 3FC, you had already lost your weight, and you were the most inspirational person (you and Saef) for me. We are the same height and same age. We shared much of the same no-nonsense philosophy about life and losing weight. I find your continued maintenance very inspiring.

I don't post as much anymore, but when I do, I always look for your posts first. I can see from the other posters, that many of them feel the same way.

I am extremely proud of you and consider you a friend. I hope that wherever RockinRobin is, that she knows how much she meant to you. I'm glad I get to tell you what you've done for me. Keep going and never give up!

Rhonda
