I think feeling comfortable and wearing clothes with little numbers on the inside is the best reward!

i love to reward myself with chocolate cake and ham and cheese sandwiches

New clothes and shoes when I've got money, 2 pieces of really good chocolate each week when I have less money.

I am really looking forward for my reward - a really expensive (and sexy ) two piece swimsuit!

Without realising it I think I have already 'rewarded' myself. Recently I picked up a juicer (this was more of a health thing though), a backup device for my computer, and a new skirt (for work), oh plus Insanity by Shaun T! (although this may turn out to be more punishing than rewarding depending on how you look at it!).
