My Virtual Model. I've gotten a ton of PM's about that.
  • I'm currently fighting this mindset. It's so aggravating that I want to eat these foods, yet I worry about gaining a lot of weight. I tend to tell myself that it isn't bad and I'll exercise it off anyway. However, that hasn't been extremely successful.

Overall, I feel and look fine, but I just need to learn how to let myself go and enjoy food. I love food, but I can't let go of that "risk" I would be taking.
  • How did I miss this thread and Kaplods wonderful post before? I love it.

I'm struggling every day to remind myself that I'm not perfect. That one extra bite isn't an excuse to quit. That missing a day of exercise is sometimes good for me. And knowing that all of that is okay.
  • I agree, Shannon in ATL - kaplods: what an amazing, considerate response.
