Hi chicks & roosters,
I just returned from a two week vacation in tropical paradise. Normally on vaca, I veer off somewhat from my 80% on plan & 20% off plan. However being this was my 2nd big trip this year, I stuck with my 80/20 plan & I'm happy to report I came home with NADA souvenir lbs!

I'm still just being a cardio queen, (walking, biking, tramping) since diagnosed with both tennis elbow & golfers elbow for umpteen months now & I very badly miss my weightlifting! These soft tissues injuries are a Biotch to heal & it truly sucks! I know Jessica can probably relate to not being as active as we'd like...
Just wanted to shout out a Happy Holidaze to all the maintainers here being I don't post all that often these days...
