    Tuesday 11/1:
    B - oatmeal, wheat germ, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover squash pasta, atkins bar
    S - candy "bone"
    D - broccoli pasta bake
    E - dog walk

    Wednesday 11/2:
    B - oatmeal, wheat germ, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover broccoli pasta bake, atkins bar
    D - minestrone soup
    E - none
  • Thursday:
    B - oatmeal, wheat germ, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover broccoli pasta and leftover minestrone
    D - will be at airport
    E - dog walk
  • Okay, I was gone on vacation, but now I'm back.

    Tuesday:
    B - oatmeal, wheat germ, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover minestrone soup, atkins bar
    D - pasta with sauce, frozen veg, pepperoni, parmesan
    S - oat bran w/raisins and brown sugar
    E - dog walk in the morning, 30 mins stationary bike intervals
  • I haven't been posting. I haven't been good. Yesterday was overall better than the previous several days, so I'll start there
    11/8
    B~2 plain black bean burger patties with salsa
    S~egg
    S~yogurt
    L~leftover southwest chicken frittata
    S~candy and nuts (see?--not that great)
    D~leftover clam chowder with pumpernickel bread

    11/9
    B~egg mcmuffin
    S~egg or yogurt
    L~leftover clam chowder and pumpernickel bread
    D~chili verde with flour tortilla
  • Wednesday:
    B - oatmeal, wheat germ, apple, walnuts
    L - lean cuisine apple cranberry chicken, free food at work: taco salad of lettuce, salsa, fajita chicken; too many tortilla chips
    D - baked sweet potato, frozen mixed veggies, rotisserie chicken drumstick and wing, couple slices of cheese
    E - none, I planned to walk Carter after work but it was raining
  • Shoot. I just got a calendar notification that DH and I have a lunch date with our CPA. End of year planning over lunch. He usually takes us to a burger place.
  • I need to get back on track. My brain is still in vacation mode.

    Thursday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - @work, Qdoba taco bar - two soft tacos w/meat, veggies, salsa, teeny bit of cheese; some chips with salsa, guac; brownie
    D - pinto bean skillet on rice
    E - dog walk
  • Well, yesterday's lunch ended up at an Italian place. Chicken parmesan sandwich with side salad and iced tea (no sugar).

    Thursday~
    B~chicken
    S~egg
    L~leftover clam chowder, pumpernickel bread
    D~oh, wow, I don't think I have a plan here...I do have chicken at home, perhaps salsa chicken, but DS's tummy was a bit upset this morning (probably due to the very spicy chili verde from last night) so I ought to do something less spicy. I'll have to do some thinking here.

    L~going out, possibly Mexican
    D~something light, soup probably
  • Exercise has not been happening this week.

    Friday:

    L - leftover pinto bean skillet on rice
    S - atkins bar
    D - leftover pasta w/sauce, frozen veg, and chicken
    E - dog walk this AM
  • Weekend catch up...

    Saturday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover pinto bean skillet on rice
    S - don't remember, I know I ate something else though
    D - spaghetti w/frozen veggies, chicken, sauce, cheese
    S - two ghiradelli squares
    E - dog powerwalk

    Sunday:
    B - banana + skim milk smoothie
    S (post-workout) - starbucks greek yogurt parfait
    L - ramen noodles w/frozen veggies
    S - lf string cheese, apple, roll
    D - glass of wine, roasted chicken with apple/pear sauce, salad w/lf dressing
    S - hot cocoa, marshmallows, two ghiradelli squares
    E - swam a mile, 48 mins

    Monday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover spaghetti and chicken/apple/pear stuff, atkins bar
    D - chicken paprikash on no yolks noodles, salad w/balsamic vinegar (no oil)
    S - two ghiradelli squares
    E - none
  • Weekend roundup:

    L~sml burger, beer
    D~chili, cornbread, wine

    Sun
    B~egg mcmuffin
    L~steak burrito, beer
    D~grilled chicken, roasted green beans, wild rice and barley pilaf, wine

    Monday's plan
    B~oatmeal
    L~leftover clam chowder
    D~going to a wine tasting, a little wine (usually the tastes add up to 1 glass), finger foods (usually cheese, crackers and fruit)
  • I need to stop eating chocolate. I need to go back to my dessert only on weekends rule......after I finish off the container of ghiradelli mint squares.

    Tuesday:
    B - oatmeal, flaxseed, apple, walnuts, skim milk
    L - leftover chicken paprikash on noodles
    S - atkins bar
    D - pasta w/frozen veggies, spoon of PB
    S - last ghiradelli square
    E - pilates legs/abs
  • Tuesday
    B~cheese quesadilla (now that the tortillas are out of the house there will be less temptation from that!)
    L~leftover chili verde
    S~Activia yogurt
    D~not sure yet, thinking leftover wild rice and barley pilaf, roasted green beans and steaks.

    L - amy's mattar paneer meal
    S - cheese, dried cranberries
    D - flank steak sandwiches, frozen veggies
    S - marshmallows
