Default Food triggers?

When I feel hungry after or before a workout, What is the cause of that hunger, if I already ate? I hear from a psychic on oranum that I am an emotional eater! Last night I stopped eating at 5:30 pm and did not eat again until 6 am. I have decided that I would reduce my sugar intake and watch my portions, after all I am too inactive to overeat the way I do.

Perhaps you are just conditioned/patterned to eat before or after you workout. Kind of like people who leave the gym and get a treat for their workout. They just get conditioned to it.

You will know for yourself if you are an emotional eater. It will be good to recognize and learn emotional versus real hunger.
