:wave: I'm coming up for air for a few minutes! Just really busy, doing some volunteering for Christmas stuff, getting my own shopping done, doing more house stuff as DH is gone for a week, yada yada. Can't say my weight is down, but then it isn't up either! :)

We're having a nasty cold spell, below 0F most of this past week. Makes me want to hibernate. At least we haven't had much new snow. It's clear and sunny though, and all the trees are coated with frost, so it's very pretty to look at.

Love the talk of puppies! They're so cute. Megan, sounds like you're having a doggie adventure! I frankly didn't go back and read last week, but I got the drift.

Dagmar - likewise, but I gather you have received some money that makes you feel a lot more secure while your DH is deciding what he wants to do when he grows up.

Iris and Michele - congrats on your master's degrees (and I'm happy to know I played a small part in yours Michele :) )

Feel better Allison and Bill. And DH and I saw Harry Potter the night he left - I couldn't believe 2.5 hours passed so quickly. Plus we were in a brand new theatre which was a treat.

It's late and I have to be up early to take friends to the airport. We'll do it for them, and they'll return the favor when we go to Hawaii next month. Sure saves on parking or limo service.....
