I have been trying to maintain (or lose some more, at least inch) since July 5...
don't get my wrong I have been doing great, but Why does my weight change so much ( a range of 5 pound in a week).
I going to write down the WI for two weeks , so maybe you girls can help me understand why.

I am whit WW I am eating 24 points the same 24 point I ate when losing weight, since I stop losing just jumping around from 133 to 128 I decide to star trying maintenance , so I thought there was not point too up my point if I was not losing any more. I still breastfeeding my little one , she is almost a year.
As for exercise I an doing Chaleam Extreme (weight lifting ) 3 times a week, and training for a half marathon ( doing 4.5 Miles 2 times a week, 3 miles one time a week and the long run on Sundays now I am on Mile 6 this coming Sunday is Mile 7)and some stretching on Mondays.
It's normal. It's why I think "ideal weight" should be thought of as a range not a number. Just the weight of the food you eat (and how fast it is digested) can account for much of the variation.
When I started my weight "ranged" up to 15 pounds - even when I was doing everything right. As I get smaller, the fluctuation is smaller - around 10 lbs give or take (just water retention around TOM can easily put on 10 lbs, even when I'm perfectly on plan).
At goal weight, I am going to guess that 5 or 6 lbs will be normal (when I'm half the weight I am now, maybe the fluctuation will be too, but that's just a guess).
It isn't the fluctuations that are important, it's average and the trend. Even "week to week" fluctations can be misleading because of women's monthly cycle and other patterns that can take more than a week to cycle. If your monthly average is consistent, you're good.
Jess (it was Jess, right? Sorry if I remembered the name wrong... )
My weight fluctuates that much. I am in your same range and fluctuate between 127.5-132, often in big jumps up or down from day to day.
I made a list a few weeks ago of things that impact my weight in another thread:
1) TOM - approaching, during, the week after, so often a three week impact
2) the temp outside - the hotter it is the ickier I feel
3) too much exercise - odd, but if I exercise more than normal my weight shoots up
4) strength training after a longer than normal gap
5) too many carbs, particularly emptier carbs like sugar and bread and such. Veggie carbs don't seem to do it
6) salt, for obvious reasons
7) artificial sweeteners and colors, processed foods
8) marinades, oils
9) calories dip too low, more often an impact when combined with high exercise burn
10) not enough water, or too much caffeine
11) not enough sleep
12) stress
I'm not surprised you are jumping up and down. Exercise makes mine even more obvious.

So why my weight change that much?
Thaks for you help ....
It's not much of weight change, as others have mentioned. Since you're weighing every day, you can easily throw the number into a spreadsheet and get a 7-day average for your weight... it tends to smooth out the outliers and give you a better overall look at how much you are really changing (increasing/decreasing) over time.
Starting on day 7, above, these are the average weights for the rest of your month:
I'm always with in a 5 lb range, 105 to 110lbs. But that's my own fault, trying to maintain is so darn hard for me. If I wasn't trying to maintain, I would just keep losing. Any processed food will make your weight jump up also.
I think it's impossible for anyone to stay at exactly the same weight day in day out, for all of the reasons mentioned above. Averaging your weight over a week, a month, gives you a much clearer picture, and weighing daily lets you see how much you vary or what your range is.
This is what I've weighed on a weekly basis over the last couple of months. I weigh daily but only record the weekly one, and from time to time during this period it reached 166. It's reassuring to know that's completely normal to fluctuate like this. I understand though that it can be unnerving to see it when it goes upwards and I hope in time to feel more relaxed about it as long as it doesn't go over a certain range.
I've only been in maintenance since June, and have noticed that since moving away from conscious weight loss, my weight fluctuates a lot more. The biggest difference in my eating habits? More salt, more staches, more fat. I eat within a healthy range and maintain a healthy balance of all those things, but I have seen as high as 148 and as low as 140 over the last 3 months where as while I was losing weight & limiting my intake of those 3 items, my weight only fucutated by 1-2 pounds a day.
I agree with everyone else that your fluctuations seem perfectly normal. Heck, even a really hot day can make you retain extra water! I, too, will retain water when I'm exercising more vigorously (sore muscles = temporary weight gain) and I find that lack of sleep & stress both REALLY affect the scale for me, too.
I also love what others on this board have done - set a min & max weight and have a plan for your course of action should you get there. Anything in the middle, don't worry about it.
