Maintainers moving in July!

New month, new thread! What are you all moving this month?

Oh, good, a place where I can keep myself accountable for what I do, as I adapt to the "new normal."

July 1:

60 minutes cardio on the elliptical, half backward, resistance at 8 & set at the interval program. (When the resistance hits 12 & I am going backward, it's excruciatingly slow & I envy my neighbors bouncing along confidently.)

60 minutes Pilates class. My balance issues made going up on my toes at the end the hardest part. The instructor (whom I love) put us through her arm workout. We sit cross-legged & use only two 2lb or 3lb weights & yet this is a killer. The movements are continuous without breaks & are a cross between recognizable dumbbell movements & a dancer's gestures. (I need to read up on this & why it's so difficult even with low weights. The only man in the class had just as much difficulty as any of the women.)

July 1:
10 mile bike ride, just under 45 mins

July 2: rest, I might walk the dog when I get home

July 2: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minutes weights

July 3: 45 minutes spin class, 60 minutes Pilates class

July 4: 60 minutes arc trainer, 60 minutes weights

July 5: 60 minutes elliptical, 30 miles Pilates routine on my patio, probably a very amusing sight for some of the neighbors in my apartment building

July 6: 60 minutes weights, 45 minute spin class, split up between a morning workout & an evening workout

July 7: 60 minutes arc trainer, 45 minutes Pilates routine of my own in the nearly
empty & well-airconditioned studio at the gym

July 8: 60 minutes elliptical (half backward) in the morning, to work off tension at facing a busy day at work; 60 minutes Pilates class

July 9: 60 minutes elliptical (half backward) in the morning, 60 minutes weights

July 10: 60 minutes arc trainer. Had to miss classes: On Saturday, life beckoned.

July 11: 60 minutes weights, 45 minute spin class

July 3: brick workout!
13 miles on the bike, just under 1 hour, split up as follows:
- 15 min warmup
- 5x5min high intensity w/2min recovery
- cooldown until I got back home
hop off the bike and grab running gear for 30 min run (2.5 miles) in a negative split -- first 15 min slow, then fast for the second 15 mins. I about died. (Okay, I didn't actually nearly die, but I did nearly puke.)

July 4:
swim/bike brick!
- about 20 mins swimming in the reservoir, not sure on the time since DH had his watch and the one I ordered hasn't come yet
- immediately followed by biking the 16 miles home from the park, which was full of hills, some of which were quite steep
- 10 min walk with the dog to cool down

July 5: rest day

July 6: 1 hr bike ride with 5x1min intervals (4min recovery), 12.6 miles. Planning to walk the dog tonight.
