Default the aftermath

So,

Back from my 3 week holiday (which ended up being 4 weeks due to an unruly volcano which made me miss my flight-- peeps in Europe should know all about it).
I am up... 2.5 pounds. The good news is that I am really motivated to get them lost again, and have to admit I did enjoying eating what I wanted, when I wanted. Lesson that was learned though was --what I want, when I want makes me still put on weight hahahaha.

Anyway.. I heard that weight that comes on fast might come off fast, I dunno, but I am still going to go low-cal until it's gone.. made me diary with 1400kcals food/day and will defo stick to it.

Anyway.. this is me being accountable, over and out

Welcome back! I'm sorry you got stuck in the volcano mess -- believe me, people all over the world heard about it!

It sounds like you did very well for four weeks away from home! It's not unusual to gain a few pounds of water weight from traveling and unfamiliar food, but it tends to come right back off. Good job!

I'm sure you can lose it in no time. I gained a pound going to Japan and eating EVERYTHING, but when I came back I lost it again in like two or three days. It's totally controllable. And, you are in control, right? So all is fine!

report:
scale today showed 65.8kg, that's 144.7 pounds which put me right back in the middle range of my maintenance (i have given myself a range between 65-66.5kg)
wouldn't mind getting half a kilo more off, but i think i'll wait till it happens more naturally through burning calories rather than food restriction.

still eating on plan-excersising, loving myself as much as i can.

Good job! The key to dealing with vacation gain is to get it off right away, before it can settle in and make itself at home.
