At home today, currently working on a closet organizer. Going to be POP if it kills me.

Had a great run yesterday, and did some yoga too. Today I got 8 cortisone shots in my shoulder, so I may do some cardio or I may not. I need to not be in so much pain that I want to throw up first.

B - (once the want-to-throw-up-ness has passed) - Bagel thin, PB, sliced strawberries
S - Greek yogurt w/ strawberries
L - Leftovers - giant grilled chicken salad w/ veggies
S - Protein Shake
D - Grilled chicken, asparagus, roasted acorn squash
S - NSA Ice Cream or possibly self-pity frozen yogurt (it's more sugar than I like, but it'll be in calorie-wise).

E - 60-80 min cardio. Normally it would be a strength day, and maybe I'll do some leg work, but arms are not happening.

Jessica - this made me laugh .... but in an impressed kind of way. Well done.

Here the penny has dropped that my mother uses a stock cube (= sodium) in some of her cooking. That makes me feel thirsty and peculiar. But, now I've realised, I can take avoiding action.
