Catching up from the weekend . . .

Friday:
B - oatmeal, raisins, blueberries, skim milk
L - @work, Jimmy John's sandwiches - 1/3 BLT (no mayo), 1/3 ham and cheese (no mayo), lf potato chips
S - apple, hershey's nugget
D - leftover rice and african chicken, roasted broccoli
E - none

Saturday:
B - shredded wheat, skim milk
S - small cranberry muffin (jiffy mix-sized), 1 prune
L - @Boston Market, half chicken carver sandwich, half side sweet potatoes, half side mac and cheese, unsweetened iced tea
D - lasagna, glass white wine
E - hills run 2 miles

Sunday:
B - oatmeal, raisins, apple butter, walnuts, skim milk
S - apple
S - 1 prune, sf zucchini bread
S - leftover rice and african chicken
D - beef tagine, couscous
E - 3 hour hike

and on to today!

Monday:
B - shredded wheat, skim milk
L - lasagna
S - two small apples
D - ww penne w/sweet potato, feta, spinach, and walnuts
S - ww toast w/low-sugar jelly
E - HIIT run

Weekend was OP and mostly soup as I got over my lung crud, plus a workout on Saturday that STILL has my legs sore (doing the old "holding onto the counter to lower myself to go to the bathroom"...I'm sure most of you can relate!).

Woke up STARVING.

B1 - 2 WW crackers w/ pumpkin quark (it's sort of cream cheese like).
B - Egg, scrambled, in WW LC Tortilla, with an ounce of grilled chicken, broccoli, salsa
S - Apple
L - Butternut Squash Soup, Open Faced Chicken, pumpkin quark, and arugula sandwich on rosemary bread (it's got that sweet-savory thing going on...soooo good).
S - Muscle Milk Lite
S - Popcorn
D - Roasted Veggie and Sausage Penne using FiberGourmet Pasta, red sauce.
S - NSA Ice Cream

E - 75 min incline trainer (45 min hills, 30 min run, unless lungs refuse on the run...still a little congested, but not nearly so bad).

LOL Amanda, I have totally done that with the toilet.

Tuesday:
B - oat bran, blueberries, raisins, apple butter, skim milk
L - rice and leftover beef tagine
S - two small apples
D - leftover lasagna
E - short bike ride

Ugh, no idea what that was about, but threw up my dinner last night. And I am NOT one to get sick to my stomach...ever. So now I'm both starving AND acidy. Gross.

B - WW Tortilla, 1 tbsp PB, sliced apple
S - Small Asian Pear
L - Leftover sausage and veggie pasta
S - Muscle Milk Lite
S - Popcorn
D - Coq a vin made with skinless chicken thighs, veggies, garlic, lots of wine, cut back dramatically on the oil. I may steam some potatoes to go on the side.
S - NSA Ice Cream

E - 60 min treadclimber, 60 min strength

I didn't post here at all yesterday, with my stomach ick. I came in about 350 cals over my target by my TDP list, but threw up three times yesterday so figure I might have actually broken even. The only thing that didn't make me sick since Saturday was frozen yogurt last night, so I ate the entire pint carton... (well, that and a banana on Sunday, but I didn't want a banana last night.)

I'm going to post today, but have already been sick to my stomach once today so far so don't know what to put down. I'm considering not eating anything else today except for this ginger ale I'm currently drinking. Don't know yet. Maybe some plain egg noodles for dinner.

B: smoothie & coffee, of which I have had about three sips
S: ginger ale
L: wheat toast w/ turkey breast slices maybe?
the rest of the day is up in the air
E: dunno, didn't feel up to it yesterday, will see how today goes.

Food update:

Plain egg noodles with turkey short cuts - bad idea
Banana & ginger ale - good so far

Yesterday came in about 200 cals under maintenance and had several sick moments on top of it. Think that explains my headache this morning? Ick. I finally gave in and took the acid blocker from the doctor last night before dinner and was able to eat dinner and some yogurt, have eaten breakfast so far today with no problems. Now, to find out if an OTC version will work or if I have to get a prescription for this one!

Trying to decide if I should branch out today on the food or stick to the successful items. Breads have been almost immediately ugly...

Today:
B: kashi go lean w/ skim & dried berries, banana, hot cinnamon tea
S: oatmeal
L: yogurt w/ granola and berries?

Dunno after that...

Shannon -hope this gets resolved soon!

Yesterday was POP, with some plan manipulation while dealing with nausea (had cheese and crackers and a protein shake for lunch - anything else was just too...ick. Was better by nighttime). Planning for today.

L - Leftover coq a vin
S - Popcorn
D - Pork and broccoli stirfry, garlic ginger sauce, brown jasmine rice

I caught whatever's going around in the Maintainers Forum....I'm a tad queasy myself today.

pnb toast, protein shake
turkey sandwich with avocado & spinach, red bell pepper strips, laughing cow
apple, greek yogurt
hamburger over veggies, green chile, mustard, tomato
maybe 1 hr boot camp/weights....maybe sleep

Pat - sounds like masks might not be a bad idea! I saw in another thread that Thighs Be Gone had some kind of stomach gunk last night, too!

Lunch isn't sitting as smoothly as breakfast, but it is still in the right place for now...

Yesterday was again 300 calories under plan, with only minor stomach issues. Might be time to start eating more normally again. No exercise yesterday, though...

Today:
E: running at the park
B: kashi go lean w/ 2%, berries & banana,
S: chocolate milk
L: grilled chicken salad
S: trail mix, yogurt w/ berries if it is still good in the fridge downstairs
D: dunno, DH was sick yesterday, so will depend on him if we cook a meal or do sandwiches or something small
S: depends on the dinner

Yesterday was okay, not perfect in a couple of "extra" snacks (cookies).

B - oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, skim milk; piece of bannock DH made
S - ?
L - salad or frozen dinner
S - cottage cheese, pineapple
D - ? Having a mole removed this afternoon - depends how I feel.

Ex: none due to the mole removal
