As long as you are conscious of "being in maintenance", you have nothing to worry or be scared about. I allow myself a 5-10 pound "cushion" - in that, I don't freak out as long as I'm within that window. You've succeeded in your weight loss journey and are now armed with the tools to keep yourself in check.
I don't exercise nearly as much as I did when I was in "weightloss mode," but I do still exercise 5-6 days/week, to keep myself focused. For me, skipping exercise for more than 2 days in a row leads into 3 days, 4 days, a week.. you get the idea.
Just be mindful of what's going on with your body and adjust accordingly. Congats on your success!
