You have changed so many aspects of your life and you have accepted the fact that you will always have to stay aware of everything you have learned in the process. Very, very inner aware!

In January when I (re)started for the last time I well remember being so despairing, so ready for change. I also remember your goal story, how it inspired me, gave me hope and got me going. I felt like you were speaking to me! I wrote about it in my journal that night and have never turned off track since.

Robin, I just wanted thank you too, for the inspiration. In January I was searching for a way to get the weight off and I came across your weight loss story. It was so inspiring to read the details of your story. So much of what you went through I could totally relate to. We're close in age and I have been battling the weight for twenty some years too. I read your post many times the first couple of months and it helped me so much! Thank you!!!
