Someone, I'm thinking Meg?, posted a recipe for Fiber One muffins. Now, I can't find it, and I'd really like to have it. Could whoever posted the recipe repost it here, please!

Also, is it possible to add a new overall thread where those that are interested could post recipes? I'm always interested in trying new ideas and you all have LOTS AND LOTS of them!
