Wow thank you guys for all the comments! I am very excited about seeing the article in person, I checked the grocery store yesterday after Meg sent me a PM but it's not on the stands yet!

Pamela Kramer (the author) actually contacted me about the article at least 6 months ago. It was supposed to be in a Sept issue and then got pushed back to March! I'm pretty pleased with it, although the pants were size EIGHTEEN not sixteen

I really loved all your posts it is a very good feeling to think I could inspire anyone. This week is my 3 year maintenance anniversary, I really wish I could go back to that fat, uhappy woman from the summer of 2004 and tell her all these things, she wouldn't believe it for a second.

For anyone else that doesn't believe you can lose weight and keep it off - believe it.
