Friday
B - 1/2 cup organic Pumpkin flax cereal, about 1 cup of organic vanilla non fat yogurt S - 8 oz fresh strawberries L - tuna fish sandwich (made with tuna in spring water, light mayo, onion, pickles), 2 pieces of whole grain bread, sliced heirloom tomato, kale, 1 cup roasted butternut squash with a dollop of maple pumpkin butter S - no sugar added cocoa S - orange S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, orange pepper strips) D - Veggie tacos - 3 organic blue corn shells, veggie crumbles, a tiny bit of fat free sour cream, low fat cheese, tons of salsa, chopped roma tomato, romaine, 1/2 cup refried black beans with a sprinkle of low fat cheese on the side |
2022:) had a little hershey binge but reigned it in, had a smallish lunch and dinner and came back to target.

I knew yesterday was going to be high because I was going to a party but... I didnt leave enough room - I had a carrotcupcake in the afternoon. And I stayed up too late which meant I got hungry again and my control fizzles after 10pm. icecream AND leftover dinner before bed. |
Saturday
B - 1/2 cup organic Pumpkin flax cereal, about 1 cup of organic vanilla non fat yogurt S - 8 oz fresh strawberries L - turkey sandwich on whole grain bread, spicy mustard, spinach leaves, small size Jamba Juice Mango Mantra (I substituted peaches for raspberries), didn't finish all the drink, so filling S - tall non fat sugar free latte, 100 calorie biscotti D - Went to dinner at P.F Chang's, had a glass of red wine, split the seared ahi appetizer and then had the lamb chops over field greens (4 lamb chops). The field greens had a really good lemony dressing S - Chocowalla Odwalla bar |
