    These last few weeks I have been slowing down a bit though .. that is why I did TO this last weekend. I hope to be losing better after this TO in the next weeks. I slowed down before and did the TO and it did the trick
  • Well I went in for my WI yesterday..
    It was a horrible WI..
    I have never had a bad WI to date.
    I don't know what has been going on latly.. but I went down to 199.8 after TO then when I went in and weighted in at the center yesterday I shoot back up to 203.4! I was so dissapointed.. so it got marked in my book that I only lost like .6# for that week. I am really getting fustrated with the last few weeks.. I did to.. starved my self .. lost over 4 pound and now the scale says I only lost .6! maybe me very sad. for a few weeks before that I had been only losing 1 pound instead of 2-3.
    I have not really changed anything other then I eat salads instead of carrots.. which today I am going to go back to my carrots. But I can't see that being it.
  • Candice - The day or two after TO, did you have any frozen meals, or any red meat? A good way to keep the loss after TO is to do a Slim Down for one of the meals and then eat light the rest of the day. I often will lose 4lbs and then have a gain of 1 or so. But the last time I did TO I actually took their advice and did the slim down and the whole loss stuck.

    But... you're doing great! You are losing at a very fast pace. It's unlikely that that pace will keep up forever, so when it slows, it's just something to work through.
