Is pudding allowed op? IF so, how would it be counted..as a dairy/starch? And no, the real stuff not the LA pudding..lol.

My COD told me no pudding not even sugar free is allowed.

You can have 1/2 c. of the SF Jell-o pudding as a starch. If you are sodium sensitive it's best to limit it because it is kind of high in sodium. If you make it yourself, most recipes count as 1/2 or 1 dairy.

So do those SF Jello pudding pre-made cups you get in the store count as 1 starch?
