Lightbulb At-work workout starting Monday

A friend and I at work, have decided to start our own AT-WORK WORKOUT!! So, this is what it is.....At-work workout using office furniture to tone and strengthen.

The internet shows many at-work execises. We've recently started this in our office, have taken measurements, encourage each other and we're starting to see results!!

Instead of snacking at our desks during our breaks, we are working out and feeling good. Let me know who else would like to join us.

Start by taking your measurements and doing this simple exercises.

- Triceps/Biceps using our office chair.
- Against the wall squats
- Inner thigh/outer thigh
- Butt kickbacks
- Sitting crunches
- Desk push-ups

Most of these exercises are shown on the internet, but I just wanted to start something for those of us that are on the computer 8 hours of the day.

In just 3 weeks I've lost 2 inches!!!

Let me know how it goes. Really!! I'm so excited about starting this. I give all the credit to my friend and co-worker. Start involving your co-workers and friends too!!

Great idea, but I cannot figure out how to train my dogs to do "butt kickbacks" with me (they are to me like your co-workers are to you; my sole source of companionship during the workday!). I'll have to check some out online and see how to do them. Actually, when I take a break during the day, it's usually to put clothes in the washer, unload the dishwasher, wipe down counters, etc.
