You wrote that you email an la weight loss nutritionist and got an answer. How do you email them with questions?

Just wondering if that is open to any of us.

It's through the LA at home website. It's available for purchase from the COD for $99/year. I got my access during one of the open houses when it was 30% off. I definitely like this site and fitday better - the message boards are busier here, and the weight tracker is boring and the online diary is very slow to use. But you get access to the LA dietician directly, and you can have the LA Chef makeover any recipe you want.

Also, you can have your COD e-mail the dietician for you if you ask. I just like being able to put the e-mail in my own words and I get a response in 24 hrs.

It's not available in all areas though. Most of the counselors at my COD have never even heard of it. You can find out if you can get it by going to www.laweightloss.com and typing in your zip code, if you can get access there will be a little box above the internet special box that says "click here for LA at home access."
