Chocolate Icing
Recipe Name: Chocolate Icing
Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend for Baking
2 tbsp 1% milk
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup Splenda
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar blend over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then add milk. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Sift together cocoa, confectioner’s sugar, and Splenda. Blend into butter mixture and add vanilla. If consistency is too stiff, add more milk.
Makes: 2 cups
Serving size: about 3 tbsp
