Question hate to do this, but i need clarification

I've tried the search feature, but I can't seem to nail this answer down:

I'd like to know with certainty which exchanges each LA Lite represents because I'm not using them and want to add the right portions to the correct food group.

I left my plan instruction session being confused about this and would rather consult you guys than ask the consultant.

According to my Center, there is not an exchange rate for one individual LA Lite. You need to eat 2 a day. I know it sounds nuts, but that's what they tell you. Anyway, for those folks that don't do LA Lites at all (usually these are folks that have a bad reaction to soy-based products) they get
1/2P and 1S. I know it doesn't seem to compare even close to that 2 lites would be -- but that's the way the program is.

Joni: I thought if you didn't do the LA Lites at all, you get an extra 2 oz of protein (added to your current plan) and an extra vegetable? Hmmm? Another COD inconsistency?

If you don't do the Lites, you move UP one plan. So you both are right. If you are on Gold, you get 2 oz more of protein and another veggie (Gold to Purple Plan). If you are on Purple, you get 1/2P and 1S (Purple to Red).

Stacy - If you are confused, speak with your COD. Don't leave until ALL of your questions are answered to your satisfaction. If one counselor doesn't know, ask for the manager. If they don't know, ask them to e-mail the dietician. You are paying a LOT of money for their service, and they need to give you service. They work for you!

Thanks! I will revisit this when I weigh in tonite. I'm really hopeful that I'll have a successful weigh in since my home scale was down 3 more pounds this morning.
