Default Can we have cottage cheese?

Just wondering if we can have cottage cheese, and if yes, I assume it is counted as a dairy? I am on the gold plan, but unless I am missing it in the book, I don't see anything about cottage cheese. I have no clue why, but I am having a craving for it right now--I guess it is just something different to have.

Thanks in advance

I'm on the blue pan,
1/2 c. 1% cottage cheese counts as a protein

Karebear (my best friend's name is Karen - I call her Karebear!) - how do you make your cottage cheese? I bought some, knowing I didn't care for it plain, and now can't figure out what do to with it?

I LOVE cottage cheese with pineapple. To the point that I was eating it too often and have to give it up for variety--so I am going from eating it 5 mornings a week to 2-3. It's listed in the book as a vegetarian protein.

I'm on Gold and it's veg protein too.

I love it with almost any fruit cut into it, or even a great roma tomato stuffed w/it, w/litesalt and pepper...

I also like it with the pineapple on it. Honestly, I don't like cottage cheese too often, but right now it sounds good.

I like my cottage cheese sweetened with splenda and a hefty dose of cinnamon!

... cucumbers taste fabulous in it - add a bit of seasoning and you're good to go. I like cajun, but not sure of the sodium on LAWL.
