Default Frozen Dinner Question

If you have a lean cusine with swedish meatballs - I know it counts as PS but would you consider that a meat and not eat meat again today or tomorrow since you can't have it two days in a row???

Just wondering - don't remember anyone asking this....

I wouldn't. There is hardly any meat in them anyway!

when you say meat, do you mean "red meat"?

but i don't thinkit woudl matter much, but if you are asking for you for this next week, I would say to not do red meat after any frozen dinner just because you have a goal set that you want to meet and it might cause you to slow down
