    See this is what confuses me... 64 ounces of seltzer, but not the fruit flavored water. The Safeway water has no cals/no sodium just a bit of fruit flavor. So, I'm not understanding why its any different than plain water. Except that its easier for me to choke that down than it is plain water.

    Try it for a day, watch the scale and if it does not show a gain then I would not worry to much about it, just watch the scale and make sure that you are not gaining for the first week or so.

    What ever you have to do to get it down.

    Bernadette, thanks. I was thinking the same thing. I'm just one of those folks who questions silly rules.
