Deets - I *think* the green is one less fruit and one less veg. . I think the cutoff is at 130. . good question for your COD when you WI tomorrow.

Deets - I was told that I would put on the green plan when I hit 134 (my goal is 130)

I;m not sure either, but I though you loose a satrcha dn veggies. But if you search back in the monthly threads (October or September I think) someone was on Green and told us.

When you go to green, you lose 1 fruit and 1 vegetable from Gold. They switched me at 130 (my goal was 125) but it didn't really work. I was starving all the time, and I started to plateau. They told me to add 1/2 protein, since I was exercising. That helped, but I soon shifted myself back to gold without really telling them (I had been averaging close to 3 pounds a week lost on gold, so I didn't see any reason they needed to shift me to green in the first place). I guess all that is just to say that depending on YOUR body, you may or may not need to shift to green (whatever they say) and if you stall out, you may need MORE food.
