Okay, so November has been POP so far for me, as well as the end of October. So far, so good. I think that making a conscious effort to deal with emotional eating is helping a lot. I literally think about every morsel I place into my mouth, whereas before, I wasn't doing that at all. I was on autopilot. How scary is that? These epiphanies are something else.

Okay, today is going well, so far. I am still reading Jillian's book, and so far the "Science" portion is confusing to me. I know my personal calorie range (figuring that out was fun). Also, I have found that it helped me more than anything to count my calories when on plan, even with my circles. So, I'll definitely try to do that regularly.
16 oz water with meds this am.
Breakfast - F - 72
Medium Apple - I rather dislike raw apples. I would like to try the baked apple idea, but I have to wait until DS finishes his current topic in Family and Consumer Science (home ec) because they are baking apples and I don't want to burst his bubble by baking it instead of letting him do it for me when he learns how to in class.
20 oz water
That accounts for most of our calories expended, but once you have that number there are more calculations to add. They have a BMR calculator on fitday too. Did you see your pm's?
Went to COD last night, met with Angie. I really like her. She really wants this diary...bad. So, I will print it out, fill in my book and take it to her tomorrow morning.

I don't ussually eat my lite so late at night, but I have been tring to eat dinner before 7 and I am getting hungry again by 9, so I am goign to try to save my lite to have at night to fill me up.
Does anyone have any trouble with the having the lites so late due to the carbs in them?
Shennie - I have a lite at night because now I have resorted to having my starches earlier in the day. My counselor suggested it. It was rough at first not having a starch with dinner but I think I am used to it now. I don't have any trouble with having had a lite in the evenings. In fact, I'm on the downward slope again so something must be working.
Thanks, Shennie. I don't know about the Knudsen's, but the counselor tried to sell me some Take Off and she told me how to use it in the place of my fruits because I don't always get my fruits in. She told me to count 2 oz Take Off as 1 fruit.
